First Day Contact Availability You or an emergency contact must be available on this day to pick up your dog within an hours warning if we deem that they are too stressed or not suitable for daycare. Otherwise, if all is g oing well, we will let your pup enjoy their first day of daycare and you can collect them at their pickup time, whether it's half day (5 hours after drop-off) or full day (by 6:30pm) Daycare Suitability Assessment Should your dog be suitable, their first day with us will be FREE!
